Forever 21 & Charlotte Russe ?!

Hey everyone! I woke up ready to blog! :)

So, here's my schedule so far:

Thursday - total of three tests. practice after. fundraiser money due. need to bake cookies. probably have more homework later.

Friday - bake sale. later, shopping with one of my friends.

Saturday - babysitting job from morning until afternoon. football game in the evening from night.

Sunday - church.

Monday - back to the grind.

Pretty crazy, huh? I've been trying to shove my entire life into a few days and it's making me feel overwhelmed. All of the things in my life are scheduled on what it feels to be the same days; some days I'm chilling with Netflix and the next days I'm tearing my hair out.

But I want to make this post more about Friday. (Not the bake sale, although I am making s'mores cookies that are fabulous.) It's going to be about "shopping."

I honestly don't remember when I've last just went to the store with a friend, not knowing what we wanting and not knowing where we were going. It kind of scares me. What if I make an impulse buy? What if I buy something too small/large and it looks weird on me? What if I misjudge a price and don't have enough money for it at the register? The "what if"s are killing me!

It's not just the general experience, however. I told my friend specifically that I wanted to go to teen stores like Charlotte Russe and Forever 21. The problem is: I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO IN THERE. (Nice one, self.)

This is going to be a new experience for me. I've asked around to get a bit of an opinion about shopping and most of them tell me that both of the stores have pricey and not-every-pricey items, but all are bad quality. This took me back at first because whenever I ask fashion gurus or hear other gurus talk about their wardrobe, most of it is from those too stores. That's when I got thinking. Do people just buy it for the name? Is it that whatever not-every-pricey items are bought, those are the true bad quality clothes? Are all the clothes bad quality?

I don't know, friends, and I'm frightened. The good thing is I'll have one of my best friends there with me (along with her mom who is pretty swag). If I find something to buy that doesn't shatter in my hands, I'll do a haul asap.

thanks for reading once again! comment below! I'd love to hear from some of y'all.

anyways, ciao for now! xx
