Hey everyone! I love to update, but I usually have no time. So I made some time! It's fine that it's 5:41am. Shhh.
So yesterday, I was presented with a question: "Who's your best friend?"
I had an answer, but I felt bad to give it. My best friend lives far away, so we barely get to see each other although we talk daily. However, I have two other friends that live a few houses away from me. We see each other constantly, plus we talk daily because of school.
So why was I nervous to say the right answer?
Because I don't like to pick favorites! I know, I know. It's a pretty bad quality. I don't even like to choose between food choices when my family goes out to eat. It's an absolute struggle just to figure out what to wear on Sunday mornings for church. It's not that I don't want to go, it's because I am not good at picking things out.
I'm also nit picky (is that the right term?). I like things done a certain way. Seeing it in typed words probably seems less serious than experiencing it, but I'm nittty gritty with most things.
So, my question to you is, who's your best friend? Can you give a straight answer? "Yes, this person has been my best friend since second grade." Or can you give a wishy-washy answer? "Hmm, well, I'm not too sure about that, maybe her, maybe him."
I had to give the person who asked me yesterday the ole "I can't decide." Which was true, honestly. I couldn't decide! I knew who it was, but there were people who I felt I was pushing away by saying one name.
What would you have done in my situation? Comment below! I'd love to talk to you.
anyways, ciao for now! (let's see how often I update.) xx
